What time will my inflatable be delivered?
Jump will deliver your castle 1/2 hour before your hire period, this will allow setup of the castle, if you have hired a hall our times can be adjusted to match the hire period of the hall, providing you notify us at time of booking. Please see price list for hire periods.
Does the equipment undergo safety tests?
Yes, all our inflatables have current safety certificates. The blowers are PAT tested and all extension leads have an RCD plug fitted.
Can I have a Bouncy Castle on a concrete surface?
No, we do not consider concrete surfaces to be safe. Hires must be on level grassed areas or inside a hall.
Can I pay the balance on delivery?
Yes, providing it is in cash otherwise the balance must be paid 7 days prior to booking.
Are the inflatables clean?
Yes. Inflatables are checked after every hire and cleaned when necessary. Part of our safety conditions ask that you do not allow children to take food or drinks onto the inflatable.
Do I need extra space to the size of the Castle?
Yes, you will need approximately 2ft at each side of the castle and 5ft both at the front and back of the castle.
Can you bring the Castle through the house?
No, Inflatables are very large when packed away so they would not fit through a house door. They may retain some water if packed away previously in the rain and this upon moving the castle may run out. We would not wish to chance your carpets becoming damaged in the process.
